Primary Bathroom Addition

1. Moved water and new electricity to a once bedroom to transform into a bathroom

2. Built out 4 new skylights: two in living/ kitchen space & two in new bathroom

3. Installed heated floor system

4. Installed steam shower

5. Installed vanity

6. Tiled shower, vanity wall, floor

7. Remove large window & install a smaller frosted window inside steam shower

8. Updated second bathroom upstairs: new tile, new finishes, new vanity, and new lighting.

9. Updated downstairs fireplace: drywall on upper half and retile the lower.
